30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Before ZIP Delivery
Before you receive your site ZIP, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the ease or experience of the service, you may request a complete refund during the first 30 days after your initial checkout. Email legal@builtforyousite.com to request your refund. We will refund every penny you paid for the service during that period, including the introductory $1 and any $47 subscription payment, no questions asked.
Once you have received your site ZIP, payments are non-refundable, even if you are still within the first 30 days, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
An eligible refund ends the service and your right to use the website work supplied for the refunded service, and we will terminate the website and pages we host for you. This does not affect ownership of materials you supplied to us. This guarantee does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Keep Your Delivered Website After Your First Monthly Payment
After your first $47 monthly subscription payment, you may request the website and all website work and pages we have delivered for your business as a ZIP file or by transfer for your own management. You may request this handover at any time after that payment, including when you cancel. You do not have to stay for three months or pay any further subscription minimum to qualify. To request a ZIP file or transfer, email legal@builtforyousite.com.
Important: receiving your site ZIP ends eligibility for a refund under our money-back guarantee, except where required by law.
Subject to the refund provision above, you may keep, copy, modify, publicly display, host, and commercially use your own delivered business website, and may have another provider manage it. The general restrictions in our Terms of Service on copying, adapting, transferring, or commercially using our Services do not prohibit these permitted uses of your delivered website. Materials and trademarks you supplied remain yours; existing third-party license terms continue to apply to third-party components.
Pricing and Cancellation
Setup is $1 for the first seven days, then $47/month starting day 7. You can cancel anytime — there is no minimum term. Refund and handover requests are handled personally by email; they are not automatic.
